Warranty

Welcome to the Flow warranty, repairs and spare-parts service. If you have an issue with a FLOW product, please first contact the dealer where you purchased your product. Many Flow dealers have spare parts on hand that will fix common problems. The steps below will help you to get back on the hill as soon as possible, either with the help of your dealer or through Flow directly.

STEP 1: Understanding the FLOW LIMITED WARRANTY

Flow warrants that this product, when it is purchased from an authorized Flow dealer by a retail customer, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original retail customer. This warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser and may not be assigned.

For retail customer Limited Warranty claims, proof of purchase from an authorized Flow dealer is required. If the date of purchase cannot be established, Flow will make a determination based upon on the last production year of the particular model.
If you have any questions about the Flow Limited Warranty or procedures for making claims thereunder, please contact Flow at www.flow.com or fill out the form below. The Flow Warranty Center will determine if a product is covered under this Limited Warranty.

If covered, Flow will, at Flow’s sole option, repair or replace the product in question. FLOW CAN REPLACE PARTS UNDER THE WARRANTY PROGRAM THAT MAY BE OF DIFFERENT COLOR, APPEARANCE OR SPECIFICATION FROM THE ORIGINAL PART. All returns must be made through Flow authorized dealers. Any repair or replacement of any product under this Limited Warranty is not available for ordinary wear and tear, includ- ing scratches or paint chipping, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accident, heat, improper maintenance or care, incorrect setup, use on non-snow objects, any blow or impact with a hard object or any other irresponsible use. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOW BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUEN- TIAL, STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER CAUSED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE including, without limitation, loss to property other than this product, loss of use of said product, or other property or other economic losses. Flow shall not be liable for contribution or indemnification, whatever the cause.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to particular retail customers. Flow’s obligations under any warranty shall be limited, to the greatest extent allowed by law, as provided in this Flow Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, which vary from one jurisdiction to another.

STEP 2. Determine the validity of a claim:

Was the product purchased in the last 12 months, and do you have proof of purchase? Was the product purchased from an authorized Flow dealer? Does the damage appear to be attributable to defective materials or workmanship? Does the damage appear to be due to any cause not covered under Flow Limited Warranty General guidelines for coverage:
What is Covered:

  • Structural cracks on the top sheet, base, core, edge, sidewall due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Delaminating of top sheet, base, sidewall, edge, tip and tail protectors due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Stripped, spinning or misaligned inserts. (Note: Inserts that are stripped due to improper mounting are not repairable, and are not considered a material flaw.)
  • Delaminating of boot, due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Breakage and/or cracking of any binding parts during riding, not due to misuse, abuse, neglect, impact or the use of resins and/or solvents.

What is Not Covered:

  • ROCK DAMAGE AND ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY. Any problem resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes but is not limited to rail and rock damage.
  • Cosmetic issues including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust, or misuse of non approved solvents. Damage from the use of solvents, adhesives, or other substances not specifically determined for use on snowboard products.
  • Board damage resulting from improper mounting of bindings, including the use of incorrect mounting hardware, the mounting of non-FLOW bindings or base dimples in the binding insert area as a result of improper mounting.
  • Damage caused by any personal modifications made.
  • Boot damage from resting board steel edge on boot.
  • Normal wear and tear, i.e., boot laces. Please keep in mind that our warranty policy does not cover wear and tear. Inspect you board for dents and gouges that we may determine to be impact damage. If your pair of boots look to be cut or sliced up on the toe area, that is most likely caused from the sharp metal edge of a board resting on your boot while riding the lift.
  • Sizing issues are not covered under warranty, and are not a Flow liability. If you have purchased the incorrect size of product, please contact your shop where you bought it and see if they can help you. Please note that products often need to be adjusted properly, to secure a good fit. Especially Flow bindings are designed with multiple customization options, check our Instructions CLICK HERE or How-To Videos (Once in the video section click Products) to find out how to set them up properly.
